Hey young world, now we all know that the new move is to get a bike and ride around willie B, Soho, LES etc. Especially with the new subway prices, bikers are going to be more prevalent in our city this summer season. But what a lot of us bikers, myself included, don't know and sometimes completely ignore, is the fact that we too have rules and codes to follow as bikers riding around the city. I was told that we have the same rules as cars in a lot of ways and we need to take them into consideration or we can be ticketed. I don't know about you, but I know the last thing I need is a damn ticket for riding my bike down the opposite direction of a one way street.
